You are invited to join us at New Life. I don’t know what your church experience has been like in the past. Maybe it’s been a minute since you’ve been in a church building. Maybe you’ve been hurt or have just drifted from faith. It’s ok, we’ve all been there. Here is what I know is true. God is a God of second chances. We are not a perfect church and don’t pretend to be, but there is a place for you to experience God afresh here. It doesn’t matter what you wear or what you’ve done… just come as you are. We really mean that. You are welcome and wanted here. I believe God’s heart is for you and that he has been pursuing you. We would love to have you at New Life.

WHAT IS THIS SERIES ABOUT?

I am all alone. I can’t slow down. This is just the way I am. The danger of a lie is it almost always contains just enough truth to be believed. But what damage could be done if you lived as if even one lie was true? What would that do to your mind, heart, body? What havoc could that lie wreck in your life a year from now, 10 years from now, 50 years from now? What sins would you justify? What walls would you put up? What bitterness could grow?

The reality is we all carry internalized lies, but there is hope: the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ declares once and for all over my life that truth can triumph over lies.
